Dr. Howard is a rare psychiatrist who exhibits a tremendous amount of compassion and empathy — as well as psychiatric skill and medical knowledge. She truly cares about her patients, taking the time to get to know them as individuals, and providing them with the highest quality of care that is tailored to their individual and specific needs.
